Positive Solutions is proud to announce that Mo Gawdat, Chief Business Officer at Google[x], is set to release his best-selling book “Solve for Happy” in France on March 14, with high-profile publisher Larousse.
Already translated in over 28 languages, the book is the result of over 12 years of research and logical problem solving conducted by Mo Gawdat, a brilliant engineer and entrepreneur, so as to understand the mechanics behind happiness and break the cycle of unhappiness and suffering. This science-based approach resulted in a mathematical formula leading to long-lasting happiness:
“Happiness is equal to or greater than the events of your life, minus your expectations of how life should be”.
To support the French release of “Solve for Happy”, titled “La Formule du Bonheur”, Positive Solutions is co-producing a number of events in Paris:
- An interactive conversation with startup founders, at Station-F, the largest startup incubator worldwide. The event is sponsored by INSEAD, one of the world’s leading graduate business schools.
- A keynote at the Hub Institute, a Paris-based digital think tank, on how to create a cutting-edge Innovation Lab.
- A conference on the theme of “Happiness at Work” at the Hub Klub, a members-only community of HR executives and chief digital officers of the Hub Institute.
- And a lecture and open conversation with 20 CEOs of some the top 40 publicly traded companies in France about the impact of Artificial Intelligence on businesses and the strategic importance of happiness in that context. To set the tone, France’s leading weekly news and business magazine L’Express released yesterday an in-depth 3-page portrait of Mo Gawdat, written by journalist/author Emilie Vidaud, and a 2-page abstract of the book.
